Prior to his real estate career, Mitch worked as a professional interior designer for clients in the Palm Beach, Florida area. As a home staging professional, Mitch goes the extra mile with clients, offering homeowners savvy tips to increase their home’s value and assisting buyers with his keen eye for value. With over 20 years of experience in the private country club industry, Sean, a licensed Realtor and Team Principal, joined the Mark Arbeit team in 2012. During his real estate career, he has participated thousands of transactions, collaborating closely with Mark Arbeit, assisting team members, or working independently. Sean possesses extensive knowledge of the unique shore market and has cultivated a wide network of clients, contractors, and builders. Outside of real estate, Sean is a devoted father to his son Keller and daughter Kendall, and he is lovingly supported by his wife Andrea. Having spent his entire life residing between Ventnor and Margate, he possesses unparalleled local expertise and a profound understanding of the area, providing a perspective rooted in firsthand experience with the area’s dynamics, culture, and evolution over the years. His professional history encompasses successful management of more than 650 units across five residential complexes, as well as overseeing additional commercial spaces during his tenure as a property manager. Mik’s hands on approach to property management highlights many of the skill sets that are valuable in the real estate setting. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mik possesses a deep passion and appreciation for architecture and design. He has successfully overseen numerous property renovation and resale projects, as well as landscape design endeavors. Outside the office, Mik's greatest source of joy is his family life. Alongside his wife, Jill, and their two children, Yale and Jade, he is a devoted father who can often be found coaching his children's sports teams and actively participating in school and community events.
