For over 25 years, Mark Arbeit has been providing clients with a successful and professional experience. Having earned his Bachelors of Arts and his Master of Science degrees, Mark co-founded and owned National Telecom USA, a telecommunications firm that generated a gross income of over 50 million dollars annually. An accomplished writer, Mark has at times maintained two regular columns reviewing theater and music, both in New York and Philadelphia.
As a licensed REALTOR, Mark has earned his designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and fully utilizes his education and vast business experience to bring his unique skill set to every client. With a mastery of negotiation and interpersonal relations, combined with a creative flair for marketing and design, Mark is sure to find you the right home or price. Mark is constantly listing new properties and in contact with hundreds of buyers. This gives him, and his clients, the advantage of knowing of potential buyers or sellers before properties officially go on the market. Mitch Tannehill brings his extensive experience and great attention to design to every client. With over 20 years of business and professional experience, Mitch knows the importance of excellent service. Not just a licensed REALTOR, Mitch has previously worked as a professional interior designer in Palm Beach and has earned the designation of Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). As a home staging professional, Mitch goes the extra mile with clients. He can provide a homeowner with the right tips to get the best price, and home buyers with a keen eye for value. When staging your home, Mitch always makes the best use of what you have available to quickly ensure that your home will get the right price, and in a hurry. An experienced still life photographer, Mitch specializes in home interiors. Whether on camera, or in person, Mitch Tannehill has a knack for highlighting the positive and making homes look great!
Alli Grimmer: Administrative Assistant / Sales Associate, REALTOR
Alli recently graduated from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana with a BA in Political Science and History degree. Growing up in Delran, New Jersey, a suburb of Philadelphia, she always had a dream of being a lawyer and helping people on a daily basis leading to politics. However, law school did not go as planned, so Alli decided to re-evaluate and begin searching for a new career path. Being inquisitive in the real estate market, most specifically at the Jersey Shore, she jumped at the chance to join the Mark Arbeit and Co. team. Alli obtained her Real Estate license July 2009.
Denise Bowman: Sales Associate, REALTOR
Denise Bowman joins Mark Arbeit and Co. with a fount of experience. She is licensed in both PA and NJ, and has brought her knowledge in Waste Management's Accounting Department and owning her own HVAC business with her husband to the fast paced, high energy Jersey Shore Real Estate Market. Priding herself on her ability to successfully navigate through both listing and selling homes, Denise is a hardworking professional who stongly values customer service and timely communication.
